**Benefits & Location**:

- **Working Location**: 158 Kallang Way, #03-05 (Singapore, 349245)
- **Working Hours**: 5 days work week
- **Salary Range**: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00
- **Position Type**: Full-Time Permanent Position (Basic + Performance Bonuses + ALs + Medical and Dental Benefits)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured telesales calls to engage prospects.
- Promote available roles/products clearly and persuasively.
- Convert cold leads into active warm leads.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet weekly targets for call volume, conversions, and bookings.
- Handle objections and pitch the company/employer brand positively.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion.
- Work closely with team to improve call scripts, sales techniques, and engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or outbound calling.
- Confident, energetic phone presence with persuasive skills.
- Goal-driven mindset and ability to handle rejections.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes is an added advantage.
