We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive (TE) to generate appointments either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to arrange appointments with our sales consultants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold calling people using a given database to arrange for appointment with our sales consultants
- Conducting online research for leads and building of database for cold calling opportunities
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
- Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in an online form/database
- Keep records of calls and appointments and record useful information
- Minimum 30-50 calls a day
- Generate quotations and proposals
- Meet customers and do presentation

**Requirement**:

- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Have good prospecting, communication, and inter-personal skills.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
