( Overview The Tele-Sales Executive role involves promoting and selling general insurance products through outbound phone calls to existing and potential customers. This position focuses on sales generation, lead conversion, and customer engagement, not customer service. You will work with warm leads provided by the company and be responsible for achieving defined sales and performance targets. Ideal candidates are confident communicators who are results-driven, resilient under pressure, and motivated by incentives and measurable success. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to promote and sell general insurance products. Convert warm leads into active policy sales in line with campaign goals. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, call quality, and compliance. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell complementary insurance products. Maintain accurate and updated customer data in the CRM system. Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards during all interactions.
