The
**Inside Sales Executive** is responsible for generating new business and expanding existing client relationships through tele-sales.

The primary objective is to sell products/services to potential merchants and maintain excellent merchant relationships to achieve sales targets, alongside the Business Development Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential merchants through cold-calling and prospecting (cold leads will be given)
- Communicate with merchants to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the company's products/services and pricing
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by fixing appointments with potential merchants for our Business Development Team
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in tele-sales or inside sales in banking / insurance / payment industry would be a plus
- Self-motivated, well-organized and able to go extra miles to deliver results
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Others**:

- 5 days' work week (Monday-Friday), 9.30am-6.30pm
- Basic salary + attractive commission scheme + quarterly incentives
