**General**

- Direct, manage and lead in programmes
- Analyse, distil and identify needs in selected sector
- Define, plan and propose Programme to meet community needs
- Recruit, manage and engage volunteers for Programme
- Organise, run and review approved programmes

**Youth Programme**

The Youth Programme Manager in C3 oversees the youth development, most specifically in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth programs and projects in the community and charts the strategic growth of the youth work in the organisation. Together with a team of youth workers, social workers, you oversee C3’s youth work in schools, drop in centres and online to:

- Provide effective supervision and guidance to youth workers, ensuring programmes meet C3’s service objectives
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social work framework for impactful youth work
- Collaborate with partners and external partners to optimize youth work programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of youth initiatives
- Set a framework to support youth workers in addressing complex cases and challenging situations
- Manage existing relationships with funders, sponsors and partners and cultivate new relationships
- Develop new income generation and fundraising activities
- Identify, manage and execute all grants, sponsorships and partner relations
- Be key personnel to provide KPI, Impact Reports and report statements to stakeholders
- Proactively engage the community on behalf of the organisation through local networking events

**Other Responsibilities**
- Assist in the leading the changes in C3 as required
- Assist in fund raising, administration and other responsibilities as required
- Take on other additional responsibilities as required by management
