**1. Manage a youth drop-in centre**
- Ensure smooth running of daily operations of C3’s Community-based drop-in centre in Marsiling, from planning to execution of programmes that will develop the students’ social and emotional competencies. The competencies developed will help the students in at least one of these areas: recognising and managing their emotions, developing care and concern for others, making responsible decisions, establish positive relationships, and handling challenging situation effectively.
- To connect with students, build positive relationships and contribute to the holistic development of the youths
- To observe and identify key needs of the youths. When interacting and organising activities with the youths, find opportunities to elicit their strengths and empower them.
- Volunteer management - liaise with and guide individual volunteers and volunteer groups to achieve the objectives of the centre
- Growth and Outreach - Strategise with the team on how we can effectively reach more youths who would benefit from the programme via traditional means, partnerships and social media. Reach out to and build relationships with community and corporate partners to further enhance the drop-in centre activities and meet the needs of the youths.
- Administration: attendance taking, report generation for evaluation of programme

**2. Youth Programme Support**
- Be a team member of the Personal Development team, to develop curriculum to be used by youth workers across C3’s different centres
- Reach out to and build relationships with community and corporate partners to further enhance the drop-in centre activities and meet the needs of the youths.
- Assist the team in other events or projects as required

**Technical Competencies**:
Ability to engage youth in a group setting and in 1-1 settings
People skills, as well as administration and planning skills
Ideally First Aid Trained and Certified

**Core Competencies**:
Resilient, Committed and Passionate about youths

Able to work independently and is a good team player

**Preferred achievements / characteristics**:
Experience with youth work and working with stakeholders
