Description 1-year contract Toa Payoh MRT Mon - Fri, office hours Up to $4,700 per month Responsibilities: Collaborate with organisations and community partners to co-create impactful initiatives that respond to the evolving needs, interests, and aspirations of young people in Singapore. Facilitate workshops and joint projects that encourage innovation in youth development programmes. Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective execution of youth-focused initiatives. Manage and evaluate grant applications and disbursements to ensure timely and impactful support for youth sector programmes. Track, assess, and report on the progress and effectiveness of partnerships and funded initiatives. Requirements: Possesses minimum a Diploma with 3 years of experience in managing youth programmes and funding schemes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders. Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
