**What the role is**
- You will be part of a dynamic team that strengthens MND as an institution. You will plan, manage and execute interventions to raise awareness, catalyst positive change, reinforce desired behaviours to support the delivery of MND’s mission and goals. You will be part of a broader team of individuals with competencies across organisation and leadership development, internal communications, strategic HR, HR analytics and capability development.
**What you will be working on**
- Depending on your skillsets, you can be expected to work in a variety of projects to define and shape MND’s culture and values, design interventions, measure the impact of interventions across time. You will report directly to Senior Assistant Director/ Organisational Development.
**What we are looking for**
- Preferably with at least 5 years of experiences in Organisational Development related portfolio - Excellent written, organisational and interpersonal skills - Ability to facilitate discussions and communicate ideas - Enthusiastic, dynamic, energetic and proactive - Agile and able to adjust when facing ambiguity and uncertainty - Experience in driving change management initiatives and designing effective pulse surveys would be an advantage - Able to work effectively independently and in teams
