YOUR ROLE In this role, you'll lead our culture and people experience, driving strategies that align talent, growth, and engagement with *SCAPE's bold vision for the future. You'll shape *SCAPE into a high‐performing, people‐driven organisation where every employee feels connected to our mission and empowered to do their best work. HR Strategy and Planning Lead and advocate a culture of open communication, transparency, and ethical conduct. Facilitate organisational restructuring or other changes to enhance operational efficiency and agility, and provide change‐management support and training to help employees adapt to organisational transformations. Maintain and analyse HR data and prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction. Ensure *SCAPE's compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Talent Management and Development Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best‐fit talent for *SCAPE. Align and drive the organisation's efforts in developing staff through targeted career and training development plans, creating a conducive workplace that fosters a motivated and engaged workforce. Implement effective performance‐management systems to provide constructive feedback and support career growth. Employee Experience and Engagement Foster a diverse and inclusive workforce that aligns with *SCAPE's values and mission. Cultivate a positive, motivating work culture that promotes employee well‐being and job satisfaction, and implement initiatives that support the physical, mental, and emotional well‐being of employees. Promote employee well‐being, work‐life balance, and mental‐health initiatives. Maintain positive employee relations and address any grievances or conflicts in a timely and fair manner. Learning and Development Develop a L&D strategy and plan that supports the future growth of *SCAPE. Design and manage comprehensive training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Total Rewards Establish competitive and equitable compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent. WHO YOU ARE Strong experience in Human Resources, Organisation Development or a related discipline with relevant background training or business‐partnering skills, and experience managing a small team. Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices. Working knowledge of HRIS/HRMS and experience implementing technology‐based HR processes. Work experience in the public sector or a passion for youth‐development work is a plus. Applicants who are able to start (almost) immediately are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
