**You will be responsible for**:

- Office Administration through managing office daily operations, overseeing facilities management for the Sales Office, acting as the Site Coordinator for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) matters, managing office security system.
- Supporting the APAC Marketing department in all aspects of commercial administration and activities
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to deliver marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives and internal communications
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events including physician education programs, conferences, symposia, and internal facing events. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Travel, hotel and venue reservations
- Event coordination and on-site support, if required
- Attendee communication and preparing related materials
- Contact with partner vendors and suppliers
- Speaker contract preparation
- Event administration, invoicing and payments

**To be successful**, you should have a Diploma in Science/Business Administration/Marketing with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity. Will be a PLUS if you come with medical device / pharmaceutical marketing experience / internship.

**You should come with**:

- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and pay close attention to details
- Independent, mature, meticulous and team player
- Able to adapt to changes quickly
- Able to commence work immediately
