The **Sales & Commercial Support (APAC)**plays a key role in driving regional revenue growth and supporting the commercial team in managing hotel, venue, and partner relationships across Asia Pacific. This position bridges sales operations, partner coordination, and client servicing to ensure smooth execution of group bookings, event partnerships, and affiliate programmes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Partner Support**:
- Assist the commercial team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts for hotels, venues, and corporate clients.
- Support partnership activation campaigns for sports, entertainment, and MICE events.
- Maintain and update partner listings, promotional materials, and rate agreements in the system.
- Track partner performance metrics and prepare sales reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing and tech teams to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign launches.
**2. Client & Booking Coordination**:
- Handle group hotel booking enquiries from affiliates, event organisers, and corporate clients.
- Liaise with hotels and venues to confirm availability, negotiate rates, and manage rooming lists.
- Support the execution of partner microsites and landing pages
- Ensure service standards are met across booking confirmations, payments, and client communications.
**3. Administrative & Operational Tasks**:
- Maintain CRM records, databases, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate internal approvals for commissions, sponsorship credits, and marketing spend.
- Support monthly invoicing, reconciliation, and follow-up with finance teams.
- Assist in coordinating regional travel trade events, expos, and partner roadshows.
**4. Cross-Department Collaboration**:
- Work closely with Marketing, Tech, and Operations to deliver seamless partner experiences.
- Provide administrative and logístical support to the regional sales team.
- Support training and onboarding for new partners or affiliates in the APAC region.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in **sales support, travel operations, or partnership coordination**(preferably in hospitality, travel tech, or events).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident liaising with hotels and clients.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM or OTA back-end experience a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of **hotel contracting, group travel bookings, or MICE operations.**:
- Familiarity with **affiliate marketing and sponsorship activations.**:
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages (Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa) are advantageous.
