**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for an outstanding Commercial Lead to work with our partner and spearhead commercial expansion in the APAC region. Having already secured a number of high-profile logos in the region, we see an opportunity to capitalise on this success, by building, then scaling, a dedicated commercial team in APAC.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Build and own a territory of large Enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Deliver on sales and growth targets in APAC
- Help optimise sales process and provide quality feedback to product team
- Build a culture of impact, accountability, inclusivity, and fun
- Those who are successful will progress quickly, either continuing as individual contributors orfollowing a sales management path

**Qualifications**:

- Prior to this was themselves a target-smashing AE
- Has high EQ and genuinely cares about their team being successful and happy
- Has the intellectual ability to get to grips with a complex and fast-moving market with a hugeamount of technical and international policy driven context
- Is comfortable with an early-stage business that is still defining its sales process and optimisingits product market fit, and vertical by vertical playbook
- Knows it’s a team effort and cares about fostering deep cross-functional relationships
- Is target-oriented and adept making data-informed decisions
- Is equally obsessed with products and customers
