**Job Title: FPSO Commercial Head - Steel Industry (APAC)
Location: Singapore

Reports to: Regional Director / CEO

Remuneration: 8000 SGD to 12000 SGD/month + VB + Benefits

Company Overview:
Our client is a leading player in the steel industry, providing cutting-edge solutions for offshore projects across the APAC region. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a FPSO Commercial Head to lead the commercial strategy for their FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading) projects, driving growth and profitability in the offshore sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute the commercial strategy for FPSO projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Contract Management: Oversee all commercial contracts, including negotiations, tender processes, and contract execution, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FPSO sector, expanding the company’s market presence in the APAC region.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth in the offshore steel and FPSO space.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring smooth commercial operations.

Qualifications:

- Engineering Background: Must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A commercial/business degree (MBA) would be advantageous.
- Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in Offshore FPSO projects, with a strong focus on the commercial aspects (contracts, pricing, and negotiations).
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in the steel and offshore industries, with specific expertise in FPSO operations.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading commercial teams and managing large-scale FPSO projects.

Location: Must be currently based in Singapore.
