- Position Title**:Contract HR Admin Assistant**:

- Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to SGD 2400**:

- Duration: 3-6-month contract (Renewable if performance meets expectations)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Data Entry, Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system.
- Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operational activities for vehicle preventative matter.
- Responsible for online submission of IR8A/IR21 forms and filing of HR documents.
- Keep employee records up to date.
- Monitor the expiry of worker training certifications.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, Order office pantry supplies and stationery, Answer incoming calls, and arrange business travel (flights, hotels, etc.).
- Prepare project contracts (tender documents), Process invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders for customers.
- Prepare shipping documents, coordinate with freight forwarders for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure on-time delivery to customers, and prepare commercial invoices for overseas suppliers.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
