Looking for Admin/Receptionist for our Woodleigh Branch.

**Work timings**:
Saturday and/or Sunday 8.30am to 6pm during term time

**Responsibilities**
- Support teams with administrative duties.
- Attend to phone calls and arrange appointments.
- Attend to walk-in guest at front desk (teachers, parents, students, guests).
- Data entry, filing and photocopying.
- Collection of fees and other payments.
- Maintain adequate inventory of all office pantry products and supplies as required.

**Requirements**:

- Possess positive work attitudes and strong initiative.
- Good command of English to liaise with parents.
- Enjoy working in a children environment.
- Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or any other editing software.
- Able to work Sat and/or Sun (8.30am to 6pm)
