Personal Assistant to Group Co-ceo

**Company Background**:
**Job Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Group Co-CEO, including managing day to day calendar, organizing meetings, business appointments and managing schedule.
- Assist with expense reports, claims administration, leave administration, and all other administrative matters.
- Supporting tax matters including liaising with tax consultants; keep track of tax notices and payments.
- Respond to issues/tasks assigned in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain professionalism and appropriately handle highly confidential materials when interfacing with the business.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in providing administrative support to C-suite level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Excellent organisational skills, flexible, multi-task and matured.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Possess high degree of discretion, diplomacy and tact in discharging duties.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with China associates.
