We are a small accounting and consultancy firm in central, that providing accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial services for our clients. Joining us will make you gain valuable experiences and knowledge for all aspect of accounting, taxation and corporate secretary and client relationship managing skills, as well as business managing experience as a service provider.

**Job Description**:

- Handle full set of accounts using MYOB(ABSS), Quick Book and Xero for clients;
- Prepare monthly management report and quarterly GST report for clients;
- Income tax computation and tax filing for clients;
- Providing corporate secretarial service to clients; and
- Other add hoc jobs.

Requirement:

- Diploma in Accounting or higher
- Mandarin speaking & Chinese typing is must, due to massive connection with mandarin-speaking clients
- At least 3 years of relevant working experiences
- Must be able to handle full set of accounts up to balance sheet
- MYOB(ABSS) or Xero accounting software knowledge (Hands on experience is an advantage)
- Microsoft office skill is must
- Possess strong analytical, communication and good interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and independent individual, to manage client independently
- Team player who is hands-on, meticulous, willing to learn and work beyond job scope when necessary
- 5-day week (8:30am to 5:30pm)
- Able to start work in short notice

Salary depending on relevant experience

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)
