Technical Director

**Job Description**:
1. Based on the company's strategic development goals, responsible for the architecture design and development of product-based extension solutions related to key industries and key areas of business in Singapore and Southeast Asian regions.

2. Responsible for setting up pre-sales engineers, solution R&D and solution delivery teams, guiding daily work, building and implementing systematic management norms, and continuously improving team effectiveness. Responsible for collaboration with other teams in the company. Responsible for the budget management and cost control of the technical team.

3. Control the progress of solution R&D, formulate technical development strategic planning, lead the technical team to accomplish various tasks throughout the entire life cycle from solution design, solution development to solution delivery.

5. Responsible for core technical architecture design, establishing server-side architecture system, front-end engineering system, testing quality assurance system, code quality management system, development security management system, delivery engineering standardization system, and managing technical risks.

7. Committed to improving our thought leadership in engineering practice and architectural standards to become a trusted and valued partner for customer CIO/CTO and technical teams.

8. Responsible for working closely with partners and ISVs to promote technical collaboration and empowerment, deliver value through cooperation, design joint solution details based on customer needs to ensure excellent solutions for customers.

Job Requirements:
1. Graduated in computer science or related majors with a bachelor's degree or above.

2. More than 10 years of experience in the IT industry covering software development, project management, delivery operations.

3. More than 6 years of experience leading software development teams with good project planning and management capabilities. Have managed technology teams of more than 10 people before.

5. More than 8 years of technical experience in the field of cloud computing, more than 4 years of technical experience in the cloud native field, and participated in the architecture design and delivery of related medium and large projects.

6. More than 5 years of cloud-related technology sales experience, strong business expansion ability, rich communication experience with customers and partners.

7. Strong cross-organizational coordination ability, strong logical thinking ability, able to consider problems from a global perspective and seek optimal solutions.

8. Strong learning and innovation capabilities, maintain strong professional knowledge of current and emerging technologies and products.

13. Familiar with at least two mainstream programming languages such as Java, Go, NET, Python etc., as well as related technology frameworks.

15. Work experience as Technical Director, Technical Manager, Technical Consultant or Enterprise Architect.

16. Proficient in Chinese and English, with experience in communicating with different customers or partners in more than 4 countries.

17. Familiar with the technical system of a certain industry (such as finance, securities, industrial manufacturing, logistics, Internet, etc.), understand the technical architecture of typical products or internal systems of well-known companies in the industry.

18. Have experience in working with CEO, CIO, CTO, COO to develop company technology strategies.

19. Awareness of security compliance and practical experience in modern security (SCA, SAST, DAST, IAST), familiar with cloud security (WAF, IAM, DLP, SIEM, disaster recovery, threat monitoring) and cloud native security (image security scanning, container security protection).

20. Have strong internal drive and sense of responsibility, excellent professional ability, adapt to the entrepreneurial team, and be willing to accept challenges.

21. Obtain certificates related to cloud computing, DevOps and cloud security issued by well-known companies or certification agencies, have obtained CKA or CKAD certificates, and have certificates related to artificial intelligence or data science.
