The Avantor Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with strong experience in setting benchmarks, engaging stakeholders, and tracking against metrics while prioritizing to meet hiring targets.
**MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Partner with hiring manager(s) and HR Business Partners to understand current and future headcount needs.
- Perform intake sessions to understand role performance profile, and recruiting strategy, and set expectations on timeline and delivery.
- Utilize Talent Market Intelligence tools and resources to inform internal stakeholders and drive recruitment strategies.
- Build a bench of qualified prospects to meet both current and anticipated business needs
- Proactively advise Hiring Leaders and HR Business Partners to enable efficient service delivery
- Ensure strategies are compliant with Country Regulatory requirements and Corporate policies
- Define, Measure, Analyze, process reports and feedback to enable continuous improvement
- Performs other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology preferred or equivalent experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 7 plus years of experience managing the full life cycle Talent Acquisition process in a corporate and/or professional search firm
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
**KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)**
- Knowledge of multiple Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs is preferred; Workday
- Expert in networking and building relationships with highly talented individuals
- Demonstrated bias for action and follow through
- Proven written, verbal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders at all levels within an organization
- Proven ability to successfully deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
