**What we are looking for**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Tribe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping our hiring roadmap and ensuring that our talent acquisition strategies align with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be on identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive our company's success.

**Responsibilities and Duties:
Stakeholder Engagement and Hiring Roadmap:

- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to support the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future talent needs and proactively address any gaps.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their talent requirements and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Facilitate discussions to gather input and feedback on talent acquisition strategies.

Job Descriptions and Interview Kits
- Craft clear and compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Prepare interview question kits tailored to specific roles and competencies.

Compensation Guidance
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on salary ranges and compensation packages based on market trends, internal equity, and budget considerations. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation offers.

Employer Branding:

- Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice. Partner with communication teams to create compelling employer branding materials and initiatives.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, and provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Excellent communication skills, and extremely professional video conferencing presentation and presence.
- Comfortable working with data and understanding how to leverage it to improve hiring processes.
