**Job Summary**

Responsible to review and develop Compensation/Benefits policies, processes and principle in South East Asia markets. To conduct HR audit to review the compliance and to improve efficiency. The position needs to review the market competitiveness and to provide analytical insight for overall remuneration strategy in all markets. Develop guidance to improve efficiency and legal compliance.

Responsible to review the training needs and co-create programs in South East Asia markets. The position needs to provide analytical insight for people engagement and talent development strategy. Develop eLearning to improve efficiency and tracking system. Develop/co-create educational material in South East Asia markets to strengthen managers' responsibility and people development.

**Key Accountabilities**

C&B Strategy
- Review and develop fit for purpose benefits strategy to align with local business growth and needs
- To develop remuneration strategy at affiliate level
- Manage incentive scheme review and/or design to ensure it is aligned to internal guideline, business needs and market competitiveness
- Analysis C&B surveys and provide analysis from results for best practice

C&B Efficiency
- Review the current work/task and leverage external professional support on administrative task
- Review payroll vendor across all SEA markets including tax and government related funds and payments
- Manage and lead Compensation & Benefits (C&B) topics across South-East Asia markets
- Lead C&B topics such as compensation cycle (merit, bonus), compensation analysis (commission review, market competitiveness analysis) and internal reporting
- Review benefit management such as staff sale, staff discount, insurance, long service award etc
- Leverage HR system for C&B analysis and
- Review country ordinance communication with HR SEALEAD (eg: COVID updates, measures etc)

C&B Policy & Process
- Review and develop C&B policy in all SEA affiliates and ensure all HR practices and policies are updated to company practices and market legal requirements (eg: employee handbook including benefits addendum, SOPs for HR processes etc)
- Review C&B and HR Operations process regularly to ensure process efficiencies and ensure legal ordinance is in placed
- To develop principle and processes to improve efficiency
- Manage annual compensation review processes and calendar with market HRBPs

Talent Development
- Analysis training needs and development training programme and propose recommendations development strategy in SEA in operation functional and leadership competencies
- Develop and retain Asia talents in South-East Asia
- Develop eLearning for on-boarding and Manager training
- Support and coordinate initiatives and activities related to Talent in the region, providing the relevant coordination within HR community in SEA
- Working closely with PRA Talent Management team on Talent Management related projects and initiatives

Talent Management Strategy
- Drive employee communication on HR topics in SEA and educate manager as people manager
- Promote employee ethic and enhance education on conflict of interest

People Analytics
- Serve as an internal expert in HR SEALEAD to coach SEALEAD colleagues to use and interpretate people data and metrics; encourage the adaption of data mindset when making decision; provide training for People Analytics self-service tools
- Work with HR Process & Tool to promote data governance and to improve overall data quality on people topics
- Develop and continuously improve the People analytics strategy and approach reflecting the latest trend in analytics best practices Talent Management

Employee Engagement
- Generate iSay Analytics based on internal and external data sources and convert into compelling visual stories to facilitate insightful discussion and follow-up action plan with HR SEALEAD.
- Coordinate with the HR SEALEAD and Talent Management network to run important People Analytics Project, including but not limited to: Annual Performance Review, Annual Employee Engagement Survey, and regular Attrition Analytics

**Job Requirements**

Education & Experience
- University graduation.
- Minimum of 8 years solid Talent development experience in a corporate environment, preferably in FMCG industry

Functional & Leadership Competencies
- Good knowledge of South East Asia market with experience in talent management and talent development
- Knowledge of Legal, Taxation & Compliance Issues
- Good analytical skills to manage report and provide insight and employee engagement insight
- Experience in develop policies, procedures & HR audit
- Expert to use spreadsheet analyze and manipulate data
- Good tech savvy and creativity to develop e-leaning program
- Expert to use spreadsheet analyze and manipulate data
- Fluent in English
- Teamwork, Communication Skills, Achievement Drive, Creative, Planning & Organizing, Innovativeness
- Self-starter, able to manage works in priorities under pressure
