**Public Relations**

**Press Rack Coordination**
- Managing of press sample loans schedule for Singapore and SEA Liaising with stylists and editors on samples loaning for maximum publicity
- Packing and unpacking of samples loans for pickups and managing deliveries
- Preparation and filing of shipping documents for overseas and local loans

**Press Showroom Management**
- Managing press samples inventory on Fashion GPS
- Displaying available press samples in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Ensuring that the press showroom is always immaculately presented

**Attending to Press Enquiries**
- Efficiently share and provide accurate information on various press enquires we get daily pertaining to our products and collections.

**Press Kits and E-News dissemination**
- Preparation of digital press kits for specific product pushes across Ladies, Men’s, Baby, Fine Jewelry and Timepiece universes on a bimonthly basis.
- Ensuring all e-news are sent to the right press target for maximum exposure and to following up on further press enquiries when required

**Editorial Monitoring**
- Monitoring key local newspapers, magazines, websites and digital platforms on a daily basis
- Prepare weekly and monthly editorial clippings for Hong Kong regional office and Paris head office (tear sheets and scans)
- Prepare press review reports of specific product categories as and when required by Paris head office

**Press Gifting**
- Managing press gifts inventory
- Ensuring that press gifts are presented in accordance to guidelines
- Coordinate logistics relating to press gifts delivery

**General Administration**
- Filing of documents
- Tracking reception of all magazines, samples, gifts, look books etc.
- Verification of invoices for local and international courier services every month with supporting documentation to finance team

**Advertising**
- Sending of monthly magazines with Dior ads to regional office in Hong Kong by 20th of each month
- Follow up of various monthly reports (both print & digital) with media agency for timely submissions to regional office
- To compile post-buy reports of campaigns for digital and OOH platforms from month to month

**Miscellaneous**
- Assist in coordination of all event logistics and preparation (for example: casting and fittings of event ushers, arranging for flowers, packing of gifts, etc)
- Assist with event management during events (for example: guest lists, coordination of designated car pick-ups and drop offs, etc)
