**Responsibilities**

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operations for HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their People Operations career, looking to gain broad exposure to the key functions of People Operations in a fast-growing, collaborative environment. You’ll support day-to-day People Operations activities and contribute to initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and office administration. Responsibilities include:

- Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of key People processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and information in our HR systems.
- Assist with benefits administration and help coordinate new and existing employee programs.
- Help manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a great employee experience.
- Support office operations including equipment and asset tracking, and liaising with vendors.
- Assist in organizing company events, engagement initiatives, and team-building activities.
- Contribute to the review and upkeep of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and travel-related documentation for employees.
- Take on ad-hoc HR and office-related tasks to keep the team and operations running smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Business or related fields
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solver with strong initiative and meticulousness
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, and result orientation
- Versatile and has strong perseverance mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
