Finance and Admin Executive

**Job Duties**:
- Develop a Non-Routine Lifting program and advise the Construction Manager accordingly
- Develop specific Lift Plans
- Liaise with the Engineering Department for engineering calculations and drawings as required to develop specific Lift Plans according to his Lifting program
- Prepares procedure in coordination with vendors for internal shifting and load out operations.
- Wart management for project cargo loading and offloading operation active projects, load out operations by floating crane and Roll on load outs.
- Attend JSA meeting and client RA meeting for the assigned project and report to Section Head/Lifting Superintendent/Production Manager/GMO.
- Assist Engineer in preparing yard layout drawing for module location as per construction and load out sequence by confirmed projects and assisting tender department in lifting and load out feasibility check.
- Raise purchase requisition for the project required consumable and hardware items & sub-contractor works.
- Liaise with Lifting / Rigging Superintendent on a day-to-day basis for work progress.
- Liaise with client representatives, classification society surveyors and others to comply with inspection requirements.
- Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site
- Ensuring that the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operation to be performed by mobile cranes.
- Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by your Superior.
**Job Requirement**:
- At least 8 years of experience as a lifting supervisor.
- Experience and knowledge in heavy lifting.
- Adaptable to fast paced work environment, able to work under pressure, able to finish assigned work on time
- Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
- Obtained Lifting Supervisors Safety Course and Work-At-Height Certificate
- Can start immediate or short period.
- Fresh graduate is welcome
