**Head of Operations**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Operational Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Drive initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Revenue operations:

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of revenue goals. Act as a bridge between departments, facilitating communication and addressing operational challenges.
- Revenue strategy:

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize revenue generation processes.
- Sales process optimization:

- Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales process to improve efficiency and accelerate deal cycles.
- Implement tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity and performance.
- Forecasting & Budgeting:

- Collaborate with finance to develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective measures as needed.

3. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear performance metrics and goals for the operations team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

4. Process Optimization:

- Identify and implement process improvements across various departments to enhance workflow and efficiency.
- Work closely with department heads to analyze current processes and recommend enhancements to drive scalability.
- Implement best practices and standards for operational excellence.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities with overall business objectives.

5. Data Analysis:

- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
- Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the success of operational initiatives

6. Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate operational risks that may impact the business and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement contingency plans for critical operational functions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in senior operations role, within a SaaS or technology driven company.
- Familiarity with Technical and software proficiency
- Tech tools relevant to this position
- Strong leaderships and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management and organisational skills
- Experience with Series A and Board participation will be an added advantage.
- Strategic thinking & Cross functional skills
- Knowledge of LifeScience / Software industry is a plus
