OUE Healthcare is seeking a results-oriented self-starter to join the Homecare Division of our subsidiary group. The Manager, Homecare Division plays a key role in implementing strategies, policies and procedures relating to the provision of our subsidiary group’s home care services division. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Development and Operations, the role is accountable for ensuring the implementation of all systems, processes and care delivery related to the homecare operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of key strategies to grow and develop the homecare business

Implement the delivery model of patient care for homecare services and ensures service delivery is at the expected standards.

Ensure the successful implementation of strategies, policies and procedures relating to homecare service for the complete spectrum of home care needs in the community.

Implement the homecare service roadmap, resource requirements, targets and key quality and safety performance indicators.

Implement continuous monitoring mechanisms, and report on results to the leadership.

Enhance synergies within the OUEH network, business units and external partnerships.

Work closely with and develop strong communications with the group’s clinic staff and specialists and other external patient referral sources.

Assist in recruitment processes, staff management and staff training requirements.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or a relevant Allied Health field.

At least 5 years of working experience in acute and operational healthcare settings

Experience in the homecare environment

Preferably with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role organising cross-functional teams

Strong business acumen with ability to exercise good judgment

Independent, dynamic, motivated and excellent adaptability

Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise

Solution-driven

Exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent conceptual skills with ability to breakdown complex problems into logical pieces
