**Position Summary
We are looking for a Sales Division Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales and Product Specialists. The incumbent will be responsible for overall management of the division’s growth, performance and profitability.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the team to achieve division’s sales goals and business objectives
- Translate business objectives into clear and measurable goals for the division to drive growth and new market development
- Interpret and analyse sales lead flow and pipeline metrics for market territories and product segments to understand trends and insights
- To Identify emerging business trends, provides direction and leadership to ensure effective operations, complete customer satisfaction and long-term sustainable growth of the division
**Requirements**:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related disciplines
- Min 8 years of Sales experience with 2-3 years of people management
- Proven track record in managing a sales team, and the ability to motivate in achieving revenue targets and KPIs
- Team player with an outgoing personality and a great attitude, who is able to establish a good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
