**Responsibilities**:
You are to manage Omega Group of Companies’ division business and to provide support in Group system integration business. You are responsible to the following:
**1. **SALES**
- Effective strategies to achieve sales target & profitability
- Manage and develop business opportunities in service, maintenance, upgrading and spare parts businesses
- Supporting current system integration business
- Weekly sales reports on all market activities
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments with decision-makers and decision-influencers within a prospective client company.
- Build, customize and deliver sales presentations, maintain and manage client and prospect data in our sales database
- Pro-actively seek new opportunities to win new markets and to fully understand customers' businesses and requirements
- Documentation, delivery and service levels
- Lead negotiations in variations in price, delivery and specifications; advising on forthcoming project developments
- Gather competitors’ business information (intelligence) and relevant market research/analysis
- Manage and develop business in all related markets, including but not limited to Marine, onshore & offshore oil and gas facilities; builders / EPCs, owners and consultants.
**2. **TECHNICAL / ENGINEERING / SERVICE**
- Provide technical solutions / proof of concept / costing / budget during bidding
- Actively involves in answering / attending technical queries from customers pertaining to the sales / bidding
- Provide technical support to project implementation / testing / site commissioning / services / upgrading / integration to various systems
- Create standard training materials and provide trainings to various personnel to build up expertise
**3. **MANAGEMENT**
- Managing the various personnel assigned
- Achieve efficiency, productivity, quality and standardization
- Operate the division within the provided budget
- Achieving team members’ personal, division, company & Omega group of companies’ KPIs
**4. **OPERTIONAL / PROFESSIONAL / BUSINESS**
- Contribute to the Omega Group of Companies’ overall business strategy by helping to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
- Identify and drive all business functions to ensure target achievements and facilitate continuous improvement
- Responsible for delivering capabilities that will lower total operational cost
- Organize and lead cross units collaborative forecasting meetings, including sales and technical meetings
- Create effective and standardized decision support tools and processes
- Identify operational, forecasting, and planning targets and budgets and prioritize, track, resolve and escalate such issues if necessary
**Requirements**:
- Possess a degree in Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- A minimum 10 years of experience in the Marine/Offshore/Oil and Gas industry.
- Good experience working in Sales, Business Development, Technical Solutions / Proof of Concept Design, Technical, Engineering Design, Project Execution / Management position.
- Have good people management skills
- Formulate strategies to grow the business, market share and profitability
- Possess a high level of personal responsibility and self-motivation; with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Able to travel frequently together with sales members and visit potential clients
- Good analytical/problem solving skills/abilities
- A self-starter with ability to multi-task and handle work pressure well
- Possess good written and verbal skills
