1. Responsible for the P&L, Sales and Operations for the Service Division

2. Involve in sales estimation, proposal, presentation, project execution and maintenance of the systems

3. Develop business solutions by designing and suggesting plans and programmes to boost the Company's competitive position and increase profits

4. To build and maintain strong and close business relationship with the business users and act as a single point of contacts for the various areas so as to enhance customer rapport, manage customer expectations and achieve customer satisfaction

5. To lead the service division to exceed KPIs in the key areas of safety, customer survey / feedback, utilization rates, adoption of service tools, and employees’ development, etc.

6. Organize and chair regular meetings with the customers, sales and service team

7. Resource planning with the Engineering team to qualify complex site projects and upgrades to form effective teams to execute the services at job sites

8. Lead all sales and operations activities in the Service Division and ensure that work goals are achieved on time and within budget

9. Ensure accurate, proper and timely billing and collection

10. To take care of all matters relating to the employees of the department, responsible for managing employee performance and build teams that work well together and are able to carry out plans

11. Provide cross divisions support for R&D development, projects and during testing and commissioning

12. Any other assignments as and when directed by the Management

**Job Requirements**:
1. Degree in Mechanical / Automation / Electronics / IT Engineering or any relevant disciplines

2. Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience

3. Must have experience in BMS, IBMS, Security, Access Controls, CCTV, Data Cabling, PA, structure cabling, IT system and other ELV system in design, specification writing and project implementation

4. Ability to work independently, meticulous, self-motivator and a strong team player

5. Ability to cope in a fast pace environment and possess strong leadership and motivational skills

6. Innovative thinker with the ability to think out of the box

7. Excellent customer management experience
