- Shopee is currently hiring interns with a strong aptitude for Talent Acquisition. Through this internship, you will play an active role in sourcing and placing some of the most highly sought-after talents. You will be exposed to numerous areas of campus recruitment, including talent mapping, employer branding and full-cycle recruitment.- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure that all required process is completed.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process and maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Having a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
- Having a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
- Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
- Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
- Full-time interns who can start as soon as possible are preferred (3-6 months or longer)
- Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
