**Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities**
- As the Member Engagement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Market in the development and successful execution of market-specific strategic plans aimed at fostering high levels of engagement among RICS members and qualified professionals. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the relevance and influence of RICS within the market by orchestrating impactful events, maintaining regular communications, and cultivating a robust network of influential members across sectors.
You will be working with the Member Engagement Groups to plan, organise and deliver on a series of activities for our members in the given market/region, alongside this you will work with the Head of Market and the region specific Partner Development Manager supporting on the regional and local board meetings. The Member Engagement Lead will oversee the management and administration of market-specific 'Governance' and 'Engagement' bodies, fostering strong relationships with key member representatives. They will drive marketing and communication efforts to promote local activities and engagement opportunities among members, ensuring consistent information dissemination. Additionally, the role involves providing support to young professionals, identifying innovative engagement approaches, and collaborating with functional leadership teams to implement strategies effectively.

**About You**
- To excel in this role, you’ll be highly organised in your planning and coordinating of meetings and events, and experienced in working with data and preparing information for board reports.
- You'll be confident in your ability to instil market insights into strategic plans aiming for rising member engagement scores across the market, tracked through the Member Engagement Corporate Objective and other lead indicators.
- Your engaging communication skills will be crucial, as you'll be tasked demonstrating clear market-specific member engagement plans, gaining commitment from stakeholders across the matrix structure.
- Your proven track record in coordinating and delivering action plans by cross-functional teams to provide tailored member engagement solutions for each market will ensure success as a Market Engagement Lead.
- Your ability to cultivate strong relationships and navigate a complex organisational landscape will be essential in driving successful outcomes through collaboration and innovation.
