The Business Development and Engagement Lead (BDEL) is responsible for the sustainable growth of FS8 Marina Bay, working with the team on the day-to-day operations and supporting with creative business development initiatives. This role requires a strong passion for fitness, exceptional leadership and organisational skills, a creative and collaborative mindset, and the ability to create a positive and motivating environment for staff and members. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the team, delivering exceptional customer service, driving membership growth, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. The BDEL is also responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving membership growth, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. Formal brand training will be provided. We are looking for a combination BDEL and Trainer (to hold relevant PT and where possible, Pilates certifications)Key Responsibilities Include: 1. Business Development: Creative flair for developing business development initiatives Being our social media mastermind Designing and executing sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns Reaching out and managing brand collaborations Ensure all enquiries are attended to promptly and professionally on all platforms Track all leads and implement a system to ensure effective conversion rates Promote and sell studio packages, programs and services Diligent promotion of all studio programs, services and products Design and execute member signup, retention and renewal strategies 2. Supporting Operations: Working with Studio Manager and FOH on all aspects of the studio's operations, including scheduling, class set-up, trainer scheduling, facility maintenance, and equipment upkeep. Co-develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
