Our clients is one of the fastest growing financial firms globally. Due to business needs, an Application Support Engineer is needed to join their team.

Your future role:

- A role with potential to learn and harness a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies
- Monitor and report software issues as well as improve environment stability
- Work with internal users and engage external vendor to restore services quickly and fix root causes
- Work with traders, researchers, and developers to build out bespoke platforms and environments
- Innovate efficient processes to optimize time-to-market and productivity

Your present skillset:

- 3+ years experiences of support/DevOps, preferably in finance
- Experience on maintaining JupyterHub / Jyputer Notebook
- Experience with containers and orchestration systems like AWS ECS & EKS, Kubernetes, Docker
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Corvil, Splunk etc.
- Working experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, etc. is preferrable
- Knowledge of release management in agile environment (with GitHub, Jenkins, etc) is preferrable
- Scripting experience in languages like Python, Bash and PowerShell, is a plus
- Comfortable working with and administering Linux as well as Windows
