**Your Role**:

- ** Engage & Advocate**:

- Be a brand advocate and public-facing community leader
- Engaging with the community during AMAs and online events. (ideally on camera)
- Continuously build and retain a Mantle and mETH Protocol community on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter
- Stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities in the DeFi, NFT, and GameFi ecosystems, ensuring our community stays ahead of the curve in innovation and partnership potential.
- ** Build**:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with overall company goals.
- Collaborate on community and marketing campaigns and GTM strategies for ecosystem growth and engagement.
- Leverage web3 tools and products to onboard to gamify and enhance the community experience.
- ** Manage**:

- Oversee community program participants, including creators, moderators, and event organizers.
- Maintain and implement best security practices across community channels.
- Ensure operational excellence by being organized and meeting deadlines.
- Implement and maintain strong operational security practices.
- Utilize tools and bots to manage and engage the community while ensuring security and a positive experience.

**Your Craft**:

- Comfortable and capable of working with a global team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- ** Yapper**: Active on Twitter, regularly creating content and engaging with others.
- ** Crypto Native**: Hands-on experience with on-chain apps and a personal passion for exploring Web3 (DeFi, NFT, Gaming, Social,etc) with personal interest and active engagement in across Ethereum and other chains.
- ** Meme brain**: Ability to engage and capture community attention through memes and creative content.
- ** A strategic thinker with creative ideas**:

- Willing to experiment and iterate to follow narratives and community interests.
- Ability to motivate community members toward ambitious goals and create a sense of unity across the ecosystem.
