IRD is embarking upon a organizational development and transformation journey, and as we look into our next 20 years of operations, we recognize the need to transform and strengthen our operational platform to scale interventions to improve the lives of millions of vulnerable and underserved people. As a project manger of the IRD organizational development journey you will be working closely with senior leadership at IRD and must have the capabilities to be managing up effectively. You need to be absolutely scrupulous about adherence to timelines and proactive about maintaining and achieving the planned milestones. You must be uniquely sensitive to global perspectives and know how to communicate in diplomatic and inclusive ways. IRD leadership work across multiple countries and as a project manager you must be comfortable to work in different time zones and help colleagues work together. **Roles & Responsibilities**: **Project Oversight and Accountability** - Meticulously monitoring progress to ensure that deadlines are met and delivered on time - Review and oversee the submission of reports, proposals, statements of works and budgets for completeness, accuracy and appropriateness from the consultant and within deadlines to donor. **Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration** - Work closely with senior leadership and understanding and respecting the heirarchies - Ensure senior leadership are up to date on the progress - Proactively follow-up with team members on deliverables **Documentation and Data Management** - Responsible for maintaining a well-organized data repository for all project documentation - Prepare first draft technical and strategic documents as required for the organizational development grant. - Coordinate routine technical and operational meetings, record minutes/decision points (in writing or on video as pre-decided) **Risk Management and Performance Evaluation** - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. - Adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while ensuring successful outcomes. Perform any other task assigned by the Director **Requirements**: IRD is looking for young, energetic professional who is passionate to be part of this transformative journey - Bachelor's degree in any field - At least 1-4 years of relevant experience as a project manager or project leader. - Experience in managing projects and organizational development experience is a plus - Project Management Professional Certification Program (PMP) certification is useful but not necessary Other desirable skills, experience, or characteristics. You might thrive in this role if you are: - Great communicator. You have excellent oral and written communication. - Detail oriented. You are meticulously attentive to details, and accurately keep track of all the moving parts. - Service-driven. You are self-confident and assertive when appropriate, approachable, and responsive to all requests, even if it is a polite "No". - Organizational agility. You have a collaborative work style and are able to work across departments to get the results and support you need. **Salary**: $5,471.00 - $8,389.00 per month
