The Role

We're looking for a Community Manager to be the primary face and voice of our community. You'll own the end-to-end community function while designing, executing, and tracking community campaigns that engage users, grow our ecosystem, and strengthen the Grvt brand across Discord, Telegram, and Twitter/X.

You'll be the bridge between our team and our users - designing engagement campaigns, moderating conversations, running ambassador programs, and surfacing insights that inform our roadmap. If you love talking to users, spotting trends, and building community systems from scratch, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Grvt's community strategy, growth, and engagement across Discord, Telegram, and Twitter/X.
  • Design, execute, and track campaigns and activations that drive engagement, referrals, and ambassador participation.
  • Build strategic relationships with ecosystem partners, creators, and thought leaders in the Web3 space.
  • Plan and host virtual and IRL events like AMAs, community meetups, and webinars.
  • Respond to community inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Moderate discussions, enforce guidelines, remove spam, and flag risks.
  • Run and evolve the Ambassador Program: onboarding, monthly meetings, performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and ecosystem partners to surface community insights and feedback.
  • Create community updates and high-signal messaging tailored to Grvt users and advocates.
  • Track engagement, sentiment, and campaign performance; provide actionable reports to leadership.
  • Represent Grvt at industry events, meetups, and conferences as needed.


Who You Are

  • Native-level English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years managing Web3 communities (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X) 
  • Demonstrated track record of running successful campaigns/activations to steer new audience acquisition and deepen engagement
  • Comfortable discussing crypto-native topics: wallets, airdrops, Layer 2s, trading protocols, etc.
  • Powerful Web3 native storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
  • Strong moderation experience with Discord bots (Carl, MEE6, Guild) and Telegram tools.
  • Proficiency with community and analytics tools like Typeform, Google Sheets, or dashboards.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, asynchronous startup environments.


Preferred Experience

  • Built Ambassador programs and community campaigns from scratch.
  • Deep crypto trading knowledge and networks in APAC or globally.
  • Passionate about crypto communities, DeFi, and hybrid exchange ecosystems.
