**About this team**:
We are seeking a talented and driven **Community Manager **based in Korea to join our team. As the Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving community growth and development, engaging with our community members, and fostering a vibrant and active community around Mantle Network. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our community members, organizing community events, and ensuring a positive and inclusive community experience.

**What you’ll help us build**:

- Develop and execute community growth strategies and initiatives to increase engagement, participation, and advocacy within the Korean community.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Korean community, addressing community inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with community members, influencers, and key stakeholders to foster a strong and active community.
- Organize and host community events, including meetups, webinars, and AMA sessions, to promote knowledge sharing, networking, and community building.
- Create and curate engaging content for various community channels, including social media platforms, forums, and chat groups, to stimulate discussion and interaction.
- Monitor community sentiment and feedback, identify trends, and provide regular reports and insights to the team to inform decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with the global community management team to align strategies and share best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, community management tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance community engagement and experience.
- sourcing local influencers/KOLs/media opportunities, developing and managing these partnerships from end to end.

**Your craft**:

- Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English is essential.
- Proven experience in community management or a related role within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
- Strong understanding of the Korean blockchain and cryptocurrency community, including key influencers, trends, and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with community members, both online and offline.
- Passion for decentralized technologies, blockchain, and the vision of a collaborative decentralized economy.
- Experience in organizing and hosting community events, such as meetups, webinars, and AMAs.
- Knowledge of community management tools and platforms to effectively manage and engage with the community.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
