We are looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join our Order Processing team. The Order Processing Specialist is an integral member of the team and will be responsible for reviewing incoming orders for accuracy and completeness, as well as data entry and quality control for order data in our ERP system. This individual will also be working closely with other departments such as sales, to problem-solve and resolve both internal and external customer issues.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Issue delivery notes, invoices and software license keys to customers
- Handle order process issues with Acronis staff and customers
- Any other duties as assigned
**WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**
- Minimum 1 year of customer order processing experience
- Able to review and process orders efficiently with mínimal errors
- Able to work extended hours during busy period
- Able to identify issues and discuss promptly
- An excellent team player
- Fluent in English and Japanese (spoken and written)
