Order Processing Administrator

Arrange export shipment to distributors/customer from YASC (Drop shipment and Export shipment)
- Prepare and handle commercial documentation like invoices/ delivery orders/shipping documents, etc using in-house systems RPMS
- Coordinate shipments / cargo collection with warehouse department
- Prepare certificates required for shipments (SMF/COO/COQ etc)
- Prepare Letter of Credit submission to bank
- Liaise with external vendors like freight forwarders, clearing houses, 3rd party logistics, delivery contractors, etc.
- Process manual purchase orders and shipping instructions to other vendors in Japan/America/Europe/China/Indonesia/Thailand/India
- Negotiate rates and contracts to optimize delivery load and cost
- Plan and monitor inbound shipment/freights from overseas and local suppliers
- Track and monitor cost of unloading and loading
- Investigate claims made by distributors for any shortages, mis-supply, defective parts, etc with warehouse person in charge
- Prepare orders and monthly reports when necessary
- Any other duties that are assigned within the course of work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,668.00 - $4,431.00 per month
