**Job scope**:

- Responsible day-to-day operations to ensure achievement productivity, or accuracy, or timeliness objectives of the department, as well as manage logistics personnel and systems.
- Liase with supplier, manufacturers, and retailers and driving improvements in supplier performance,.
- Keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments
- Monitoring all production inventory quantities, helping to maintain planned Inventory, stock levels and inventory tracking spreadsheet, and providing monthly report of inventory valuation and silver mass balance to management.
- Prepare the stock checks, stock transfer between retail shops and ensure sufficient stock in every retail shops.
- Familiar with company’s policies and procedure
- Develop a strong working relationship, team-work with in-store managers and colleagues
- Perform and complete all jobs assigned as required by superior.

**Requirements**:

- With or Without Experience are welcome.
- Min ‘N’/ ‘O’ Levels/ ITE/ Polytechnic.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
- Able to work in a team with mínimal supervision.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
