Singapore National Youth Sports Institute Full time

You will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resource functions pertaining to recruitment, training and development, payroll and benefits administration for the Unleash The Roar project. You will assist to review human resource policies, practices and consult executives on strategic decisions to create sustainable change within this project. You will be the point of contact for both coaches and managers of the UTR project. This requires close liaison with other key stakeholders (Singapore Sports School and SportSG Academies and Clubs) to deliver customised and forward-looking solutions, programs and policies to tackle human resource issues.

**Responsibilities**
- Consult with line management of UTR and NYSI and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyse trends and metrics with the Human Resource Department of Singapore Sports School
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Evaluate training programs

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of broad-based Human Resource experience
- Experience in payroll is an advantage
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- A good team player, highly motivated and performance-driven
- Good understanding of Singapore employment legislations
- A degree in any discipline, preferably with post-graduate qualification in Human Resource
