**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for onboarding, regional payroll, contract management, employee engagement and employee relations matters.
- Support HR operations, projects and office administration matters from the regional team.
- Ensure that the HR processes are in compliance and updated regularly with government law and regulations.
- Partner with the business team to support hiring and onboarding activities.
- Execute HR strategies to meet with Igloos business and workforce dynamics.
- Be a Champion of Igloos company vision, mission and values, and formulate these into strategic HR policies and operational employee guidelines.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of HR Operaitonal experience, preferably from a technology company and has experience across different/ couple of HR functions.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work according to business needs.
- Knowledge of the local employment statutory requirements
- A self-starter who embraces change and challenges.
- A hands-on contributor and a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Natural in attention to details.
- Keen to try and brave through new frontiers.
