**HR Operations Lead**

We are seeking for an experienced HR Operations Lead to join our client, a global oil and gas organisztion in Singapore. As a key member of the HR team at the group level, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR department’s day to day smooth operations, ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervises the administration of HR programs and operations, such as end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Maintains compliance with HR regulations and legal requirements, guiding the HR staff on the process of compliance
- Contributes to the development of new HR processes and improves existing ones
- Ensures that all HR policies and procedures are communicated, implemented, and enforced across the organization
- Oversees HR data management, including data entry, tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Responsible for managing and leading HR staff, including assigning tasks, providing feedback and coaching, and ensuring their professional growth
- Works closely with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with the company's goals and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services environment
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive the team towards achieving its objectives
