**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Job Description / Requirements**
- Food preparation for daily volume, cooking, making of sauces, follow recipes
- Prepare food in accordance with the portion and quality standards specified in recipes
- Prepares and controls food usage in order to minimize waste
- Able to work in fast paced environment during peak hours
- Understand the importance of health and hygiene, maintain high level of food hygiene
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables, fish and meat
- Organize refrigeration units
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Able to multi-task, work fast and independently
- Willingness to learn, motivated and positive work attitude
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
- Sweep, mop and wash floors
- Some kitchen experience preferred, however we welcome no experience hire whom are interested to learn kitchen
- SGD 2,200 - SGD2,800 above depends on experience
- 5.5 days
- Full time or Permanent Part time positions available
- Near Bugis/Cityhall area
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
