Coordinate with various project stakeholder and BIM modellers to prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software. Establish project workflows throughout all project phases.
- BIM project set-up and continued project administration.
- Site co-ordination works.
- Coordinate 2D and 3D shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues, production of drawings and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved.
- For quality management, the coordinator is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.
- Handle all inspections and handing over process with the final objective of achieving customer satisfaction and high Conquas/QM score.
- Work with various project stakeholders to create 4D models for quantity take-off.
- Liaise with project document controller for accurate data transfer
- Guide and lead junior staff
- Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Architectural Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry or BIM certificate.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in BIM.
- Proficient in BIM, Revit MEP,Bentley Open Building, AutoCad and MS Office.
- Able to read and interpret drawings..
- Experience with LTA/ PUB/ Plant project as an advance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive working attitude and a good team player
- Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an advantage.
- Must be able to work under pressure in fast-paced community with minimum supervision, meeting project deadlines
- Self-driven and have an eye for detail
- Fluent in English and able to communicate with our Chinese counterparts

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
