Job Description:

  • Ability to read, analyze, understand, and interpret design and construction documents and drawings (Archi, C&S and MEP).
  • Utilize BIM to increase the team's understanding of problems and solutions, and assist the construction and field team in solving issues throughout the project.
  • BIM coordination and preparation of shop drawings, crash reports and quantity take off.
  • Perform routine assignments requiring a thorough knowledge of BIM software (mostly Revit and Navisworks) standards, practices and techniques.
  • Develop increased proficiency in system operation with a resulting increase in productivity, and learns how to use all software options.
  • Create necessary parameterized family and maintain project files.
  • Assist management with additional assignments as directed.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in the following design software: AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.
  • Computer skills in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Share valuable information with team members to increase department expertise.
  • Minimum Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.
  • Experienced in production of shop drawings. (specifically Concrete Body Plan and Combined Services Drawing)
