Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects. The successful candidate will ensure the effective implementation, coordination, and management of BIM standards, workflows, and project deliverables, particularly within the interior fit-out and construction/engineering sectors.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, implement, and manage BIM workflows, standards, and best practices across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders (designers, engineers, contractors, and clients) to ensure seamless BIM integration and collaboration.
  • Oversee the development and management of BIM models in line with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Utilize Autodesk Revit and related software to manage project models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage 4D–7D BIM applications for project planning, cost estimation, sustainability analysis, and facilities management.
  • Conduct quality checks, clash detection, and model coordination to prevent design and construction conflicts.
  • Provide training, guidance, and technical support to project teams in BIM-related processes.
  • Prepare BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the design and site teams to support construction sequencing and digital project delivery.

Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architectural, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Manager or in a senior BIM coordination role within the interior fit-out, construction, or engineering sector.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and advanced BIM applications (4D–7D).
  • Strong knowledge of BIM project execution, standards, and coordination workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
