**Client Engagement**
- Responsible for existing account renewals and contracts, identify opportunities to upsell services into accounts.
- Assists the sales manager in developing new business opportunities that support’s the company's overall growth strategy through lead generation prospecting and qualifying through telemarketing, networking etc.
- Assists the sales manager in generating and providing proposals to new client requirements
- Assisting the VP in planning and implementation of B2B marketing and events
- Collaborate with consultants and support teams to ensure successful project implementations

**Resourcing**
- Conducting full-cycle talent sourcing (recruitment, screening, selection) through online searches, initial approach calls and coordination with correspondences
- Managing talent database (DM Recruit portal)
- Submit proposal thru various vendor’s website portal
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or relevant.
- Highly driven and dynamic individual with proven track record in similar capacity
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office 365
- Possess strong abilities to engage Senior Management, Business units and stakeholders
- Customer Retention, Account Management, Customer Experience, Customer Support, Customer Engagement, Customer Relationships, Customer Success, Strategy, Product Management, MS Word, Project Management, Pressure, Advocate, Presentation Skills, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Focus, Consulting, Bridge, Professional Services, Service Delivery
