**What You’ll Do**
- **Define the Vision**: Own and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for our mobile app, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- **User-Centric Product Design**: Champion the voice of the user by gathering insights through research, feedback, and analytics to build features that delight.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to bring the product vision to life through seamless execution.
- **Launch & Iterate**: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration based on real-world feedback.
- **Drive Innovation**: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to integrate cutting-edge technologies, enhancing the user experience.
- **Metrics & Optimization**: Define success metrics, analyze performance, and use data-driven insights to refine and optimize the product.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 5+ years as a Product Manager, preferably with mobile app development and consumer-facing products.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Solid understanding of app development processes, UX/UI principles, and agile methodologies.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong skills in interpreting data and translating it into actionable product decisions.
- **Visionary Thinking**: Passionate about creating innovative products that solve real-world problems.
- **Strong Communicator**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and inspire teams.
