SUMMARY

As a Product Specialist, you will serve as the technical and product expert for our portfolio of scientific instruments and laboratory equipment. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team, providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring our customers receive the right solutions for their research or industrial needs.

This role bridges the gap between suppliers, customers, and internal teams — ensuring our product offerings remain competitive, relevant, and aligned with market trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute sales & marketing activities to achieve sales goals
  • Business development and strategic positioning for products and services assigned to increase market reach
  • Managing existing accounts and sourcing new customers to generate new opportunities to fuel business growth
  • Build and maintain excellent relationship with vendors and customers to foster long-term business relationships

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Engineering Science, Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biological Chemistry, Food Science & Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of related sales experience
  • Team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Target driven and able to work independently
  • Proactive and resourceful
